The Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) is targeted at learners in administrative positions, whether employed in a team setting or as a personal assistant. Qualification is also aimed at learners working in a supervisory role or those who can develop administrative systems as well as those in the role of the customer. It will provide learners with the skills, knowledge , understanding and competence to work in a business and administrative environment.
The learners completing this training must gain an understanding of the concepts of corporate communication, management of personal and Career Studies, administration, company and communication. The Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration has been accredited to the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF). The RQF system offers learners the ability to acquire the credentials they need in a way that matches them. RQF certificates are built with the aid of employers so that learners can be confident that they are acquiring the skills that employers are searching for.
