A minimum of 40 credits must be achieved for the satisfactory completion of the Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership (RQF). 20 credits from compulsory units and 20 credits from optional units.
There are no specific entry criteria for learners completing this qualification, but learners may find it beneficial if they have already completed a Level 4 qualification.
Learners must also have sufficient management experience to support the learning outcomes of the qualification.
